The journey of Joc D's Cutz began long before the barbershop opened its doors.
Owner Silveo Mullen discovered his passion for barbering at just 13 years old, cutting hair from his bedroom in the neighborhood where he grew up. Through dedication, countless hours of practice, and a commitment to perfecting his craft, Silveo quickly built a reputation for delivering clean, consistent, signature cuts that kept clients coming back and referring others.
What started as a neighborhood hustle grew into a vision of creating a barbershop where exceptional barbering meets community, mentorship, and personal growth.
